Deliveries and packaging

Orders are now shipped from the United Kingdom.

The order preparation time is currently 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the period.

For delivery, please allow approximately 2 to 3 days for UK orders, around 1 week for orders shipped to France and Switzerland, and 1 to 4 weeks for the rest of the world.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Orders over €50 are sent with tracking and require a signature upon delivery.

For shipments outside the United Kingdom, import duties, taxes and VAT may apply.
These fees are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the buyer. They are non-refundable and do not constitute grounds for cancelling an order.
Please take this into consideration when placing an order from France or any other country.

Due to the implementation of the PPWR regulations, The Fairy Tree House can no longer ship its creations to EU countries, with the exception of France. This is beyond my control, and I am truly sorry about this.

Each product is carefully packaged. The packaging materials are selected with sustainability in mind. Products are wrapped in kraft paper and finished with pretty ribbons or cords, depending on the season.

If you have a specific deadline (for a gift or any other reason), please feel free to send me a message and I will do my best to prioritise your order.

The Fairy Tree House™ is committed to dispatching orders within the timeframes stated above, but cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, misrouting, loss or theft once parcels have been shipped. Any claims must be made directly with the carrier.
