Deliveries and packaging

Shipping times for your orders are 1 to 2 weeks. It then takes 24 hours for delivery of your package.

If you have obligations (for gift or other reason), please send me a message and I will do my best to send your package as a priority.

When you order from the store, you have the choice between delivery via Mondial Relay or delivery by La Poste. All orders over €40 are sent “delivery against signature” if you choose delivery with the Post Office.

Each product is packaged carefully. The packaging is selected in an eco-responsible way. I recycle as much as possible by reusing bubble wrap or boxes that have already been used. The products are packaged in kraft paper and decorated with pretty ribbons or cords depending on the season.

The Fairy Tree House™ undertakes to ship orders within the mentioned deadlines, but cannot be held responsible for routing errors, loss or theft once the packages have been sent. Any claim must be made directly to the carrier.
